Greenfield's social and environmental commitment 2023

Last year, Greenfield donated €50,000 to social and environmental causes, split between three organizations. Since our foundation in 2018, our social and environmental commitment has been firmly anchored in our corporate values. We believe that companies have a responsibility to the world around them and can have a positive impact on the community. The year 2023 was characterized by joyful events, successes and bright spots - but for many, unfortunately, also by strokes of fate, sadness and tragedy. We want to make our contribution here and have a positive impact on our society.

SOS Children's Villages: Giving children a future
Greenfield supports SOS Children's Villages, an organization that has been working for the well-being of children worldwide for decades. The SOS Children's Villages provide loving families for abandoned and orphaned children, enable education and healthcare and thus create a basis for a positive future. Their work extends across numerous countries, where they make a lasting difference to children's lives. With our donation, we would like to help the SOS Children's Villages to carry out their socially valuable work.

Hilfe für psychisch Kranke e.V.: Support in difficult times
Greenfield supports the "Hilfe für psychisch Kranke e.V." association based in Bonn. The association offers those affected professional crisis support 24 hours a day - every day. The association is committed to expanding pre- and aftercare for mentally ill and disabled people in the communities and enables many of those affected to re-enter the job market in the long term. It is important to us to support people in difficult situations. With our donation, we are pleased to contribute to providing those affected with acute help in emergencies as well as long-term support in living, employment and work situations - for a happy and self-determined life.

PLANT-MY-TREE: For a greener future
Our third donation initiative is aimed at the German PLANT-MY-TREE Foundation, which is not only dedicated to planting new trees, but also to preserving natural areas worthy of protection. The importance of forests, moors and special meadows for climate and environmental protection is of great significance, and PLANT-MY-TREE is actively committed to their preservation. In this way, the foundation creates, expands and protects vital habitats for plants, insects and animals. Our donation will go equally towards planting new trees on the foundation's own land in Lüdenscheid and protecting natural areas in Germany.
