Corona emergency aid project at the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.

Interview with Ralf Mumper (Senior Business Architect at Greenfield )

What was the project about?

The corona emergency aid project was about providing financial support to companies during the corona crisis. The aim of the project was to develop an application that could be used to process applications for coronavirus emergency aid as quickly as possible. By eliminating pdf applications, the waiting time between application acceptance and payment was reduced to 2 days. Greenfield was involved in the Corona emergency aid project.

What were the challenges?

The biggest challenge was the enormous time pressure under which the application had to be developed. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the project team and the constant willingness of the customer to be available for coordination and testing, the project was completed in 5 working days!
