(HR Hub extension) at Bonn University Hospital!

Greenfield Technology Aktiengesellschaft has carried out a successful project at the University Hospital in Bonn. The application went live in April 2020.
Mr. Thomas Krück, Lead Business Architect at Greenfield, reports:

In addition to hiring new employees, this project also involved being able to process other processes online, such as changes to working hours, fixed-term contracts, transfers, refinancing or changes to job classifications. As with recruitment, the aim was to make the existing processes as paperless as possible and thus speed up the process. The particular challenge was to implement this in such a way that different activities and special features such as third-party funded positions or different responsibilities with several staff representative bodies are optimally supported.

Christopher Zauzig(Project Manager at the University Hospital) on the collaboration with Greenfield Technology Aktiengesellschaft:

I have always found the collaboration with Greenfield to be professional and consistently positive. The external employees quickly integrated themselves into the existing team. Together, we were able to develop a strong team spirit, which enabled us to overcome hurdles together and get a functioning application up and running on time. This enables our employees to work from home without any system interruptions!
