The Pega concept: Why should women choose it?
The Pega low-code concept fascinated me right from the start. Especially as I had previously been at home in a different business area. Pega gave me the chance to become a developer and use the skills I had previously acquired. I was able to acquire the new knowledge required for my work within a very short time. And what could I count on: the Pega community, which always actively supported me! And to be honest, the Pega technology is also easy to learn. Every day I am always happy to see how far I have come and what opportunities Pega offers me for my further development.
What do you find particularly exciting & interesting about Pega - what appeals to you?
Pega's wide range of possible applications is the main reason why I chose Pega over other technologies. And I have the opportunity to work with frameworks for BPM, robotics and data science, for example. In other words, the basis for actively shaping the IT world in the future and positively changing my environment.
